I found the shoes very comfortable, like walking on clouds. The only reason i would not give them 5 stars is because after a week or two of wear, they started to look worn and tired even after polish and the laces started to fade in colour.

I've actually posted a review already but happy to repeat. I found the customer service was exceptionally good and quick. The shoe was very good and would have been my first step toward purchasing but I had recently developed a foot problem which is being dealt with by a podiatrist so it's not the time yet. I certainly will consider when my foot is back to normal. Thank you

Excellent customer service. Prompt and helpful response to questions. Clear instructions for exchange. Trial shoes in as new condition and great way to explore these shoes. Purchased them for my mother. She has severe feet problems. These have been helping her take long walks and are said to be extremely comfortable.
