If you are nearly 80 and love long walks and find that you leg muscles are not as resilient as before then this is the most amazing piece of equipment ever. 15 minutes a day is all I need to make certain that I have no muscle discomfort before during or after 3 to 4 hour walks with lots of uphill and downhill. It really does what it promises.
